Too sluggish, Destiny 2 blockbuster must reduce up to 80% of the price to keep players

Since its launch in September last year, Destiny 2 has been going through tough times with a serious drop in players, despite positive improvements by launching new DLC.

In an effort to save the situation, Bungie has just continued to cut its price to 80% for Destiny 2. From $ 49.99 to just $ 9.99 on all three platforms PC, PS4 and Xbox One. That's an unusual discount for an AAA blockbuster game launched in less than a year. It should be noted that exactly 1 month ago, they also had to pay a similar discount on Best Buy.

Some of the biggest issues that turned the community away from Destiny 2 include the development of a heavy plowing character, an unimpressive Curse of Osiris, and the disappointing The Dawning seasonal event. The Reddit community predicts Bungie is likely to release a bundle including the original game and DLC later this year at a discount. But the fact that the developer has twice offered a very low price for the game for two consecutive months shows that interest in Destiny 2 is gradually decreasing.

Unfortunately, because Destiny 2 was once expected to be a top-notch game and marked a new milestone for Bungie, the father of the illustrious Halo series. But after an explosive start with millions of players, Destiny 2 was exhausted by the lack of compelling content, and the plowing gameplay changes brought the community away.
